The first two buildings are complete and there are several homes available for purchase now. Construction of the third building is underway and is expected to be complete by Spring 2019.

Buyers will be able to choose between seven floor plans in the third building, including garden style condominiums and townhomes, ranging from 1,400 to 2,425 square feet.
